Careers

Hands wanted.

We're a small team running a busy beach kiosk. If you take pride in the work and like being around the ocean, get in touch.

Open roles

Front of house, kitchen, weekends.

Barista

Casual / part-time · Phillip Island

Pulling shots on a La Marzocco, dialling in the grind, keeping the bar tidy through a busy weekend. Specialty experience preferred but not required if you have a great attitude.

  • Open availability across the week
  • Above-award rates, weekend penalties paid
  • Free coffee, naturally

All-rounder / front of house

Casual / part-time · Phillip Island

Counter, cabinet, register and floor. Making sandwiches, running the lunchtime rush, restocking the cold drinks fridge before the carpark fills up.

  • RSA preferred
  • Quick on your feet, comfortable in a small kitchen
  • Weekend shifts in summer

Casual kitchen hand

Casual · weekends & school holidays

Prep, dish, restock. Friday-night seafood service if you're keen. Good for someone who lives on the island.

Summer team — peak season

Casual · Dec–Feb & school holidays

We bulk up the team for peak season. If you're around, can show up rested, and don't mind a busy queue, we'd love to hear from you.
